Alan Roth is a screenwriter and industry speaker. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and serves as an adjunct professor of screenwriting at Fairleigh Dickinson’s School of the Arts.

 

He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with degrees in History and English Literature, then attended graduate school at Emerson College in Boston, where he received an MFA in Creative Writing.

 

He is a winner of the coveted Nicholl Fellowship Academy Award for best original screenplay (Jersey City Story).
