Hello

I wrote because I had to. It was a drive that was all consuming until I completed my first book, Fabulous.                             Some authors write to live. I live to write. 

I had what some, in the metaphysical circles, would call a kundalini awakening. It was so profound that it changed my life forever. And if given the choice, I would never go back to the way I was. For 20+ years I worked in the corporate world in senior management positions and was reasonably happy most of the time. But the longer I stayed in that world, the more unhappy I became. So at age 62, I "retired". And having time to explore, I dove into the world of metaphysics and spirituality because of my transformation. I read everything I could, on hundreds of topics, to narrow down what I wanted to learn and practice. It is still an amazing adventure with so much to learn and incorporate into every-day living. And through all of that, I continue to write - everyday.
